Indigenous Landscaping

Our Environmental Landscaping masterplan gives preference to indigenous species that is in harmony with the natural surroundings of the estate.

The estate was named after the indigenous Renosterbos found in and around the development. It has medicinal properties and can be used as part of a water-wise garden.

Energy Saving

We adhere to national building regulations in that 50% of water heating is via alternative energy sources. All Houses are equipped with LED lights and solar geysers.  Each house has a mandatory water tank.

Pets

Pets are welcome in Renosterbos Estate as they help to reduce stress, increase social interaction, and promote mental and physical well-being.
